Week one: Before the Encounter:
Skill focus: Attending to self, noticing when it matters; getting curious about the valuing and the threats; and working towards self-appropriation.
Week two: The Engagement
Skill focus: Inviting participation from others; staying curious; listening to understand; asking non-threatening questions; and verifying understanding.
Week three: Learning from the Engagement
Skill focus: Reflecting on new insights; unlearning problematic behavioural patterns and relearning new ones; engaging your new learning as a life skill.
